Is the 6.0 in that van the same block just different heads than what’s in the vortec max?

The vans have a LQ4 which Is a 9.4 or 9.5 compression with dished pistons and 317 heads. The vortex max is a LQ9 with flat top pistons which gets it up to 9.9 CR I think it is. Still has the 317 heads.
Both iron block with the same heads just different pistons for different compression ratios.

Holy crap! I feel bad for that SS, looks like it's been abused here and there. 2xx,*** miles is a lot for that. 5.5k seems a little much for one in that condition.
