Rough country 4 to 6 inch lift question

Not required but its recommended from what I was told, I had one put one on mine.

I would also recommend one... or 2 depending on your lift.

they look cool and REALLY help with comfort and control.

if youre going to wait, then maybe save and do everything at once... rag joint, gear box, linkage arms, tie rods AND stabilizer(s)... then watch your eyes pop out of your head as your truck will drive like a brand new car instead of a 5,000lb wet sponge X) LOL!!

The steering stabilizer isn't necessary. I haven't really noticed any improvement in my steering feel since installing it. I completely rebuilt the suspension with the lift though so it's been tight ever since.

From what I've read the stabilizer helps keep the front end components from wearing out so quickly. This is even more important with oversize tires. Since I redid all the wear components an steering box I added the stabilizer to help them achieve there expected life since my wheels/tires weigh about 200 lbs a pair an are much wider than stock.

you can put it on after you put the lift together. I waited until my next paycheck to get it and slipped it under there no problem
