Hey Chris I know the problem your having but when I had that prob on my truck I just used the fire wrench to clearance them a bit LOL

i took the bumper off the brackets than the brackets off the frame... after the bumper was off, and the brackets un bolted.. i had to twist the brackets to fit out from under the bed,,,

my uncle just cut the lip on the bed to get his off,,lol

I thought I was the only one who had this problem, I bought a bumper from a junkyard and I finally got it off after I bent the lip that it was hitting I haven't installed it on my truck yet hopefully it goes on easier than it came off.
