Rear wheel spacers

My understanding for the narrower rear axle is to 1. assist with turning radius 1. reduces rear tire scrub when turning.
I do not know if this is true, but it is what I have been told, thought I would share.

i have 2 inch steel ones on the axle under my new frame but thats a ff axle im not sure id trust them on a non ff axle

I'd trust a wheel spacer on anything. Spacing is spacing whether you get it from a wheel or a spacer. I have run them for about 8 years and haven't had any trouble. In fact I have a friend that sled pulls with his...his had the same set up for 10 years and never once have they broke. Buy a quality spacer and check them on occasion

mtm1, where did you get yours? id like a set of 1'' or 1.5'' for my k3500.

Rough country sells 2" for like $60/pair iirc. I got mine from there scratch an dent store cheaper than that though....
