That stance looks great for tow rig/DD duty, nice job. Must've spun around real nice in the grass with no bed on it LOL

Couple questions for you. Where did you get the u-bolts and spring plates from for the front? I want to use the round u-bolts like that with the threads pointing up but can't find anyone that has a kit with the one larger u-bolt to go around the casting. Also thinking about pushing the front forward about an inch so those spring plates would come in handy as well I think. Thanks.

thanks baw!... i got the spring plates from DIY4X and i got the U-bolts from a local spring shop, i think ruffstuff specialties sells package deals if you wanted to go that route. the ruffstuff ones arent slotted like mine but they are drilled out in a couple places, give ole dan at ruffstuff a call and see what he has to say

its actually not really as hard as some people make it sound... if you get all your parts ready before you tear into the truck its easier and faster than doing an IFS lift imo

i personally think the truck could stand to come down 1" in the front and 1.5" in the rear but thats me. the front would be easy to drop... springs are only 2 days old though so they should settle in a lil bit as continue to drive this thang. the rear would be a lot harder to reduce lift without tampering with the shackle flip or springs and retaining my towing capabilities... which pretty much means id have to get some 3/4 ton 2" lowering springs from alcan or something

onto the pics... 35 Xterrains
