Possible new truck opinions?

Going to look at this tomorrow. Guy says needs a trans mouny and serp belt, has rust on drivers rear door or rocker. One owner truck hes been driving it the past couple weeks. Bought it cause he thought he was getting a steal on a 4wd till he relized it was 2wd. What do you all think?

So, let me get this straight:

Bud thought he was getting a killer deal on a 4x4 and found out AFTER he bought it that it's a 2wd?

Not sure I would believe anything he tells you about it if that's the case.

Also, the wire around the column seems suspicious. I'd check it for a salvage title or the like. Only time I've seen that done was in a scrap yard so the keys don't get separated from the truck.

Add in the fact that it's a used car dealer and that price makes me mighty suspicious.

Many things are not adding up here.
