Lately when I pulled into the bank drive up or while waiting in the drive thru, my temp starts going up pretty fast, what would cause that? I was running a/c both times and it started over heating within 3 or 4 minutes of idiling. but once i start driving its fine. I am on a budget and would hate to start guessing and buying parts i dont need

Also replace the radiator cap and thermostat see if that makes a difference

Rad fins could plugged and full of mud and dust, mine were which caused this same exact issue, pulled it and cleaned it with low pressure hose and one 16" e fan on low will cool it from 210 to 180 in about 3 mins with a/c on.

95, whenever my ac is on, one fan is on high...?

I have a two speed Taurus fan, I only have it wired to run on low, it only comes on for two reasons, the a/c is on or coolant temp hits 210.
