I picked up a '95 Tahoe 4x4 yesterday for $1,200. It's in pretty rough shape, but I will fix it up slowly.. Gonna rip out the interior and clean it next week. Replacing lock cylinders, etc.

Ripped the rear carpet out. It was wet and smelled. Thinking of doing bedliner now.

Just the driver's door, and they are already on the way! Along with some other stuff.
