New 1996 CCLB 3500 454. Help set my expectations on power or is there a problem

Am I correct in assuming that the 4 bar regulator is the one for the 350 and the 3 bar is for the 454?

I think your still a tad off on the pressure though. The injectors are rated in 3 bar which is most common, they are 24lb/hr which is 5lb/hr higher than stock with a stock fpr. There is anther model of these that runs closer to our trucks, I just bought a set of those, they run 19lb/hr at 3 bar.

Yes, the 800-315 runs to 65psi (4 bar). Thats the part # I gave you. The 800-329 runs to 50 psi (3 bar). I apologize for the brain fart

So with what you guys are saying and knowing that the flashpaq is the most extreme I will go in regards to tuners should I swap out the 350 fpr back to a 454 fpr before I do this work? I'm not sure if I will tow on the performance tune or not because I read in the manual not to so there is the potential that I will run the towing tune.

Id email or call them and ask them whats the maximum size injector you can run on their tune. Or, you can get a custom tune from someone like Black Bear or Nelson and be able to run them at 4 bar.

No worries, I'm glad it got figured out before the swap. I should be ok with my injectors using the 3 bar version even dropping back to stock tune right?

You should be, yes, since the stockers are running the same at 4 bar
