I had a bad box that they warrantied but they required that I take it to an ase-certified mechanic first to verify that it was bad and not my installation or my other steering components. When I returned it they claimed that I did not and they tried charging me for a second box. They kept coming back time after time after time. They never did refund me for my core. Horrible customer service to say the least.I've reached out to redhead. I hope it's not the box. That'll be another install fee
