I wish I could help you out on this one, but unfortunately I know nothing about installing cab lights on these trucks. Il go badger Paul and see if he can shine some light on the subject.

So I did order these Pacer cab lights from Summit. But I was told they do not fit my truck. That the factory lights are on the rounded part on the top front of the cab and that these have flat bottoms. Does anyone have a better diagram for me to use so that they will fit accordingly?

Who told you those wouldn't fit? Those look like the stock replacements to me. I put on GM lights but I don't see why those won't work...
