Running and all for $1,500.00, needs a trans, which BBQ454 has. Too bad its not Red. But all in all it is a real 454SS, that runs. With a clean title.

Pictures after I figure out why my phone stopped sending pictures.

I started a for sale ad for the BBQ454's left over parts.

Yo' , alot of times people don't realize who I am between forums. I've been thinkin about posting my S/N on other forums in my sig. I'm 454SSguy on here, GMFS, Lateral-g.net, and I'm V3NOM or (V3NOM GTO) on LS1Tech, LS1GTO, PerformanceTrucks.net, midweststreetcars and FSC. It's kinda hard to keep up with sometimes, lol.

I remember you said the trans was finished but What's up with the motor
Its got a DEEP knock, a real deep knock, and it sounds like the valves are way too tight.

Don't care as much as I would have spent in parts at the JY, I just bought a whole other truck.

I am going to use any remaining good parts to repair this one.

Its just easier then going to junkyards to gather all the parts I would need.

That's what the resto-geeks have told me. It's easier to build a #1 from a #3, than it is to build a #2 out of a #4. What you start with directly affects the amount of work involved & the final result when finished.

By the time the new black one is done it will be close to factory. Really close.
