strange noises are normal
I am looking for a slightly taller shock for the front of my 1998 k2500. It is a 8 lug. I am going to build a custom upper control arm to get about 1-2 more inches of lift than the factory droop stop will allow, and correct the alignment at the same time. Any part #s would be greatly appreciated before i spend hours digging thru a NAPA master catalog trying to find the correct size ends and length i am looking for. Im guessing i need a shock with about 2" longer when extended than i have now. Thanks for help anyone can offer.
