I could remove the seat from the frame and change out the frames right? Then use them as front seats?

Idk about that man, anything is possible though. They look a little shorter than regular front seats too.

I saw them on CL a while back.... I aways watch the LR craigslist since its local to me... that just looks like to much work for me. I'd be on the hunt for a set of actually leather fronts

No. The bottom cushions flip and fold, so, not without a ton of work.
