I purchased the final wiper cowl available from Summit Racing. I originally ordered it from GMPartsGiant but it promptly responded by informing me the part has been discontinued or is on backorder with no ETA. I suspect the former is true. I was pleased to learn these are still made in Canada (with foreign materials, of course).

BTW, I have 8 screws in my bag of original hardware for the wiper cowl. I recall long screws being used in the end pieces (part nos. 15743843 and 15743844) that fit over the wiper cowl, but I'm uncertain about where the other long screws are used. Any help would be appreciated.

Edit: My original post was ambiguous. To be clear, I have 4 short screws and 4 long screws. :hmm:

So, it appears the long screws are used in the very ends of the wiper cowl and the short screws are used in the center. Makes sense. It's been a while since I removed it, so my memory is a bit fuzzy on the details.

I can check mine if you still need some info.
If you don't mind confirming (at your convenience, of course), that would be great. I'm still waiting on the new hardware and related items (washer hose, cowl end pieces, etc.) to arrive, so I won't be installing the wiper cowl for at least another week or so.

Not the most productive day. Woke up motivated but quickly lost motivation. Nonetheless, I installed the upper and lower radiator hoses; and cleaned the wiring harness that provides power to the wheel speed sensors, replaced the wire loom, and reinstalled it.
