i have 1995 c1500 what years hvac box will interchange?

Likely only 1995-up. 1994 *maybe*. Earlier years are extremely similar but hole for the blower motor resistor is different shape. Actuators are possibly different, not 100% sure, never compared part #'s but the controls are different 1994-down so it's a possibility.

Be aware on how much you're grabbing from a donor, in 1997 when the dash changed again from the 1995-1996 design, so did the big top separate piece of ductwork that runs along the dash, this will not swap.

The dash change for upper duct work like said is different. There is an adfitional harness added to the passenger side in 94 or 95?, not sure if there is a clearance issue. I transferred a 96 into a 97 and the hvac harness and relay mounting is different. Not sure is this helps you though.
