Update

Here are a few pics of where we are now with the HR. We prepped for paint and 1st coat done. I think it made a huge dif.
What is your guys oppion on the cupboards paint or no paint?

Oh yeah big difference there, especially with the paint and new floor, It's looking good!

what are you doing with the benches? I say leave the wood veneer

The benches are for the dinette that turns into a bed. The guy I got it from tore it out and just used it as a livingroom. I have 3 kids and the wife so we had to rebuild. The back has 2 twin beds and I think I will build bunks there so well have enough beds.
