Do i need to replace the rear axles position when I do a 4 inch drop on the rear with an shakle and hanger kit? Is it necessary to put a c-notch in the frame or would it fit just as it is?

I want to buy these parts from Summit when I am over there:

Front 3":
Shocks: DJM 1315
Springs: Western Chassis 881530

Rear 4":
Shocks: DJM 2200
Hanger and Shackle Kit: Western Chassis 201503

Would it fit without any problems (exept camber / caster / toe in)

Thanks for help & BR

re-check your numbers on the front coil springs. i've only seen 2" drop springs available for our trucks. (although some people cut them down further)

Beltech makes a 3" for sure and so does djm. Beltech's come with a little plastic spacer that you can put in to only make. 2" drop though.

ok, thanks a lot for that hint... That will protect me against unnecessary work and much complications... Europe / US isnt not so easy to re-send / change wrong sent parts.

So, someone can help me with my question about the rear axle? :-D
