So I picked up a set of supposedly Hooker Super Comp 2806-1HKR Long Tube headers that were "floor models" I have no paper work or box to verify that I received the part they claimed it is, but I can't get them to fit. Does anyone have any advice? Please assist.

That was not a helpful answer. So it turns out that what was sold to me was in fact a set of 2131-1hkr for 67-69 Camaro. To be continued........

I have 2806-4hkr on my truck. They do fit but are a pain, I tried with engine in and wasn't having any luck on my c1500 so pulled motor up a bit and set headers in then bolted to motor. I think the only difference between the 2806-4 and 2806-1 is the coating options. Not to be rude but may I ask why you are wanting to run 1 3/4 primary's and 3" collectors?
