Well I guess if it sits, that means less klicks going on the clock. I have an interview Friday so maybe that'll let me take it to a shop to have the trans, sloppy steering, and possibly valve seals quoted. Or at least give me an idea of what needs doing. my moms boss has a shop with a lift and Im friends with the school's mechanics teacher, but I don't want to encroach on actual students' class and lift time.

That same Tremclad stuff I used on the bumper I also used for the middle of my grille and the headlight cups and bezels. I had painted them before with regular paint but they just chipped. Im hoping this stuff will stick and protect.

Also got into them as much as I could with a wire wheel and then blasted them with the Tremclad.
