Well since no one volunteered to loan me a CC I got my wife's out of her purse and used it. Funny thing had my name on it. All parts are ordered including all new electronics,bushing,and one way clutches. All that's left is clean up and wait.

I would spend some time on this YouTube channel and see how the transmission is supposed to be taken apart, cleaned and rebuilt including the correct parts to use. Richard is a professional transmission builder with decades of experience plus he knows what is not the way to build them. This link is to his shop channel:

Yep that's my understanding. I'm pretty sure cleaning is #1thing to do while I am waiting on parts. Do to arrive at the end of the week. Other than going through the book and watching a few videos.

Amazingly enough I've been watching Richard for a couple years now he's only about 65 miles from me. Damn good man I hear from a friend or two that has done Business with him.

Well parts came in today and I'm getting close to running out of them. Big shout-out to @NickTransmissions for the help with OD issue. Sound advice given and taken worked out.

Well late last night or early this morning I finished the rebuild. Would have been done a lot earlier but you know some people's kids and wives. Any way today we will remove and replace let us pray.

Well got the new old tranny out and apart. New torque converter is toast burned all the paint off it and something came unglued with it lost 4 gear clutch's and steels also lost overrun clutch and steel. May have lost pump cover also have to check. I guess ain't as bad as it could have been.
