ground strap...

just recently took my ground strap off that connects to the frame/box from the fuel hose, is it necessary that it be on there? it was just about broken. not sure where to get another if so.

I am pretty sure it is on there to help prevent static electricity from igniting the fuel. not sure where you can get another one, could probably just rig something up, I doubt it has to be another strap just like it.

X2 on static shock. Just make a simple replacement with a piece of regular wire and a couple of crimp connectors.
