Need boost at that elevation, turbo or supercharger, or just add the nitrous. Nobody would complain you are bottle sucking as you pass their stopped vehicles and offer a ride.
I would love a turbo haha! I looked at installing a Wynjammer Centrifgual Supercharger, but that kind of money I want to put towards a gooseneck trailer or building up the MUCH lighter, more nimble 1982 Chevy K10 shortwide I'm about to buy.

My wife had a Subaru Justy 4x4 for YEARS. Really neat car, I think it was a full time AWD with switchable 2wd but it’s been about 3 years since we had it. She drove until I bought her a 2001 Chevy Blazer 2 door xTreme. I wanted to buy a 03 Silverado SS but she liked the blazer more.

I've had a few. And I've broken just about every part of a Subaru.

The widebody car I built for my girlfriend to run at Pikes Peak. Won the 2011 event in it. Here it is in 2014 trim. It put down 650hp at the wheels at elevation in Colorado Springs.

My 300,000 mile Forester. It had a built 2.5L engine and JDM Forester STi interior, a Macintosh stereo, and OEM Forester Sport Bilstein suspension. It was setup as a long distance motorcycle hauler.

The rally car that won the Rally America Open Light championship in 2011. Wrecked and totaled at WRC Mexico in 2012.

Here it is at a small rally sometime around 2009.

The shop circa 2011 with the Pikes Peak car, the rally car, a rallycross car and the black-on-black low mileage 2005 STi.

This one wasn't mine. It was the girl's car. Built it herself. And ran many rallycross events with it.

I don't have any real photos of the low mileage STi, but here it is towing a bike that was eventually converted to dual sport tarmac mode and raced at Pikes Peak.
