just rip the armrest off and toss er in the back with the rest of that garbage...

Thanks a bunch sewlow I finally got access to a wire feed and got it welded up.


Now I just have to take a grinder to the welds that ended up being too big.

Yea, unless you completely tear the armrest down, you can't get inside the frame to weld it up the way the factory did. Careful with the grinder, though. It has no respect for leather!

Yeah I'm not gonna tear the armrest apart just to do that. And I don't have to grind much just a couple little raised spots.
