Hey guys,

How would I go about making my cargo lights as bright as humanly possible?

I'd prefer an LED approach and don't want to add any additional lights back there, but I am up for either switching out the entire assembly or the bulbs inside.

Any suggestions?

I have no idea but they are so dim theyre practically useless. Maybe a clear light housing if a company makes one?

I was thinking about getting this and making the whole thing a cargo light, then mounting a red led strip behind the rear window for a 3rd brake light

Nice! You've got me thinking now. What I would love to do is be able to fill that whole light with red or white lights depending on the situation. So for example, when braking, the entire third brake light would be filled with red LEDs, but when you need the cargo light, it fills with bright white LEDs......hmmmm
