wow that thing is neat,,, im not sure id ever pay that much for a light tho... my wife bought me my mag light and the clips for x-mass last year i love how bright it is and it havin the led bulb its gonna take a long ass time to kill those 3 D batteries,,

i have my 3cell led maglight with those little clips to my roof console, easy to get to and works great

mine hangs vertically on the drivers side under the seat belt....mounted through the plastic..
