Factory or no?

I always wondered where these seats came from, they came with the truck when I got it, but I don't know if they are factory or not. I cant seem to find any cover for them anywhere or anything about them by searching. I really wanna re-cover them. They are extremly comfortable so I dont wanna swap 'em out.

Yea my uncle told me they were out of a motor home, but they match everything perfectly...
