Factory Fog Light Switch use for OffRoad lights

Hey all, I just ordered a factory fog light switch and the 3 hole bezel necessary to install on my truck for my Cepek Lights. it's my understanding I'll need to trim the bezel in order to fit it into the top slot to retain my air bag switch under the cargo light switch.

Has anyone else done this? How did you wire it? From my understanding of this diagram ill need to wire it as follows:

Terminal D: 12V In
Terminal B: 12V Out
Terminal F: Ground
Terminal E: (Unused unless you desire running ground to lights?)
Terminal A: 12V In for the small light.

Not sure about OPs source, but this guy had a booth at the local swap meet a couple months ago and seemed reputable if it helps.

I know this post is old but the 3 hole bezel tray is hard to find. You just have to stalk them for a while. Technically speaking I think it comes out of cadilacs. But no one answered his question about the wiring. Did that work?

BTW - Be careful before you enter the rabbit hole of the 3 hole bezel. The swtiches are forced into certain places so part sanding might be required.
