I got this with other surplus truck parts. It looks like it's new but maybe was installed and removed after not fixing a problem as it does have dirt in the pad, but otherwise looks like it sat on a shelf. I think it's actually a Topkick part.

Yes, and I should really research the part number again. The lot of parts I bought seemed to be for the 3500HD, so it could easily be for a 6.5L.
