Dumb manifold question

What is the plug that goes into my manifolds on my 96? I cant find a pic of it online

Can you be a little more specific?

Which manifolds? Intake? Exhaust?

I'm going to assume exhaust. EGR goes into the exhaust manifold.

It goes in right behing the last cylinder on the exhaust manifold. I want to buy headers tommorow and need to know what to look for. I found the tuning pros but wasnt sure if they made them to work with the plug

Does it have a tube that comes up to the intake manifold?

yes.I cant find a header for them

It's the EGR.
