With sheet metal, you just make spot weld's, make one let it cool move to the other side do another let it cool, repeat till it's done. Patience is your friend here.

Oh so true :) Just small tacks.. You wont even notice your warping the metal till its too late if you try a bead..

ok. i think i could get it down if i could get the wire to feed right and get the heat and everything to cooperate.

You have the same welder i have rite? If so set the speed to 2, and the power to 1 for sheet metal.. And frame stuff use speed between 2 and 3 and power to 2. If you set power on 2 with sheet metal its going to blast threw it..lol

yea i think its almost the same. its got letters and numbers though. ill just have to break it out one day and be patient with it for once.
