If I could figure out something to do with the power window and lock switches I would just go get some silverado door panels.

i have the same door panels, i put power windows and locks and those door panels can have power in them. I took the plastic cover from a GMC sierra i think it was called. The buttons are square. i had this same issue though, no one has arm resst that look nice or are in good shape. So i bought some silverado panels.
