From looking at it you need a new roller pin. You might as well buy new hinge pins as well and replace both hinge pins and roller pin at the same time. You will probably need a new door latch as well because when you get the pins replace the latch is not going to hold on the the stricker bolt due to being wore out from sagging. I had this same problem on my suburban. My pin and latch looked just like yours.

The roller pin being broke is why the door either pops or is hard to close. The hinge pins and bushing being wore out is why the door sags.

Here is a thread that explains how to replace all of the pins.

Did the link to the thread with the info on how to replace them get deleted? When I click the link I get an error message.

Good deal, and I still don't know why EVERYONE especially women, have to slam doors when they get out.

I used to have a G-Body Grand Prix with the doors without pillars for window glass, and the women always slammed it by pushing the window. I was just waiting for that glass to break in their hands.

This link didn't work for me and said to contact admin.
I need to know how to put the spring back in place. I have replaced my pins on a 1992 GMC Sierra C2500.
