After sanding, I painted the MDF flat black ... Then sprayed on the 3M glue to the MDF and the black speaker cloth fabric ...

And here we are ... Not finished, but close ...
Had to pull off this project because of the "honey do / weekend" type things ... Plus raining off and on all day slowed me down ... Way it goes I guess ... But the truck is driveable again and the system is working fine !!! Even watched a few movies on it ... that was fun !!!
