I used 3/16". I would guess it weighs 100-120lbs, still able to lift it and move it around by myself.

I got the exact same hangers to use on the back of my front end springs, how much or did you cut any off of them to make them work?

I think I just had to trim them on the front a little where the frame starts to turn in, to get them to sit flat.

alright thanks for the info, thought you may have to trim the height down on them some wasn't sure.

Spent the past couple of days working on the back bumper, all finished now just needs painted.
