Alright got the tool from rough country. For the bars all I need to mark is driver and passenger, and mark the thread on the bolt right?

I gotta pick up some things and then im heading over to the truck.

I didn't find marking to be crucial...I mean your alignment will be all out of wack anyway and you will want to adjust the t-bars to the height you like before you get it aligned.

Ok on both sides I have removed the bolt and block. Now I just remove the entire crossmember with the 3 bolts on each side?

yeah i would slid it back so the keys drop out and then that part is done

Yea key is having trouble getting unstuck from the bar

I usually remove the bolt and block and take a socket and insert it in the hole in the crossmember and tap it with a hammer or mallet and push the torsion bar out of the key.

Pb blaster is your friend. Soak every bolt in it a few times. It helps a lot.

A bfh is what id use and just hit it backwards
