This bumper is made for a 99,1500. Would it fit a 98.

Anything is possible. But, the curves will be differnet, and the body lines will not flow all too well. But if you okay with a welder, you can make anything fit your 98'.

Not worth to buy it if i have to brake the welder out. I dont mind the lines to match perfectly to the truck. But if the main assembly connections to the truck has to be modified im not going to get into it. Not yet should i say.
