why do soo many ppl want cold air kits when these trucks came with a cold air kit stock? The tube and box setup on my 88 breathes thru the fender, I think anything underhood is going to be hot, but some as pictured above have a box or whatever, and stock ones are that way. I think only reason i could see would be for cleaner looks and might as well do it yourself it route it thru the core support like the older trucks for a cold air/ram air effect.
