Air conditioning after a carb swap?

I thought I read somewhere that the AC is controlled by the ECM. Anyone have any experience with this? Truck is a 90 K1500 with a 350tbi and 5 speed.

The a/c is its own system in the tbi era. You are good to go.

Unless you just run a toggle switch thru the pressure switch to the AC clutch

That's if you keep the ECM
