Ok I took the grille and got the bulbs in, but they are just a little too long, you mentioned I could possibly the bend the bubble shield?

My bad just now seeing this, but yes just push on them with your finger and they should bend out.

The only problem now is the fog light lenses are fogged up! any advice?

I have not had this problem, all i can say is make sure they are sealed really well. I had to seal mine a different way because my bulbs stuck out the back. Would not hurt to seal around the edges with some silicone.
