There it is, in 10 days I stripped the interior, dehumped the frame, notched it, trimmed for wheel clearance on 24s and stock floored the entire cab. That was working on it 4-8hrs a day on it, I still have to build a four link, and do all the sheet metal work on it. On the front emd I am bring the ball joints in 1" and pushing them forward 1"½. That way I dont have to tub so much of the firewall, and it will cemter the wheel up on the fender.

Thanks everybody, I'm really trying my best to get this thing done.

Looks good, hopefully I will be starting on mine early next year.

I've never done a two door, but I would imagine its so much more easier than doing a 4 door.

Not sure, but I should be able to weld the 2x4 in the top of the rail and cut the rest off, won't even have to touch the body mounts.

I dont think its that simple, I think your trans cross member runs even/flush with the bottom of your frame. You can weld 2x4 across the bottom of your rails and cut the top of the rails off. Dropping all your body mounts like I did.
