96 Chevy k3500 whipple charged vortec 454 , trying to find info on vacuum lines for whipple

The vacuum line I’m holding was not connected to anything, I don’t know what it’s connected to either, I can’t seem to find any info out there. The two black boxes are stamped whipple and says calibration date and 1996 super charger system hopefully someone has some knowledge that can help me thank you.
