Another member here made them, I'm going to attempt these bracket for mine shortly. It all looks good DeWayne!

thanks Jeff... my first time using this kind of paint (on the bracket)... it's super-flat and heat resistant up to 2000 degrees.

after spending some time under the hood planning out the alt/ps bracket swap, i noticed the bracket on my 89 appeared to be a 1-piece bracket. I talked to Pierced (Allen) since he's done this swap before and he sent me a picture confirming my suspicions. The 88-89 bracket ARE a 1-piece design after all.

i bought the alt/ps bracket a while back, now i'm on the hunt for a bracket that goes on the pass. side.

i'm gonna change the belt tensioner and water pump while i'm this far in (once i get the other bracket).

not much of an update... but progress is progress..

i would have rather had the CHEVROLET graft flush with the header panel.. i guess it will have to do since i'm in a hurry at this point. Maybe it will look nice once it's all bodyworked and smoooooth and repainted.
