Well I just called Fred at Wheeladaptor.com. Seem like a cool old guy. Used to drag race back in the day. Anyway. I ordered a set. He makes them out a steel. $370 for 2 inch 8 lug spacers. A little more exspemsive but I feel good about them being steel.

Nice, I would have purchased steel spacers, but back when I bought mine I couldn't seem to find any.
Glad to hear steel spacers are available!

Need some day pics of this truck...sharpness.....

Really don't have many pics to choose from. This is one from when I had black step bars on there:

It is daytime there but also cloudy and sleet/snow is starting to fall. These are all the pics I have right now.... http://i267.photobucket.com/albums/ii319/mattVillac/CAM_0853.jpg,http://i267.photobucket.com/albums/ii319/mattVillac/CAM_0855.jpg,http://i267.photobucket.com/albums/ii319/mattVillac/2012-10-13_14-57-39_616_zps10f9781e.jpg,http://i267.photobucket.com/albums/ii319/mattVillac/Trash162.jpg,http://i267.photobucket.com/albums/ii319/mattVillac/Trash179.jpg,http://i267.photobucket.com/albums/ii319/mattVillac/CAM_130891.jpg,http://i267.photobucket.com/albums/ii319/mattVillac/CAM_0343.jpg

I have a set of 1.5" aluminum spacers on my 98 K2500 and it has a weird hop/vibration at 45-60mph. I have removed and reinstalled
them a couple times snugging them in a criss cross pattern and then torquing them in the same pattern and I still have the hop.
Mine were from cwa wheel accessories and they aren't hub centric. I am going to order a set of the steel ones from Fred that are
hub centric. My K3500 has 2" rough country spacers and it has a similar hop/vibration at the same speeds but not as bad.
