Jack up the axle off the ground and put jack stands under the axle so you can pull out the jack.
Mark both tires and the driveshaft.
Rotate both tires exactly one turn and count the turns of the driveshaft. That will get you close enough to figure it out.
Alternately, you can lift 1 tire off the ground and turn it 2 revolutions to get the same result.
