There was a guy on gmfullsize or one of the duramax forums that did it. Not a lot of info though sadly.Just out of curiosity! Has anybody ever put a Duramax/Allison in a 400?

Yep! That's the one. Only one I've seen with any inkling of info. I may try this in a different truck instead of the black truck. Maybe I can find a dually with a blowed motor or something. To hell with buying a new truck! I'd rather build something nobody else has and let them gawk at it! I got 15 people I could probably name my price on the black truck too! But they ain't getting it! I waited too long and worked to hard! Didn't even use a go-fund-me account either! Lol!There's another guy out there, a Canadian I think, had an LB7 and a ZF6 or something in a RCSB with 3/4 ton suspension swapped underneath it.
I think you're thinking of this little rig here,

These guys also built a sort of "bullet-proofed" 6.5 TD, it was a 99 Sierra ECLB,

Can you rebuild what you have for $10k?So, I have a guy holding $10k! Should I sell it to him?
To be honest. I probably could. I have two 6.0s in the building a bunch of parts laying around. Can you rebuild what you have for $10k?
