It look's like a former diesel truck that has been converted to gas, I would check on that first.

Yeah it could modded, swap the column mount, and get different back door's, the 94-94 rear door's don't interchange with the 95+ rear door's.

I'd be weary of it being a retired city truck, when they have so many different drivers they tend to get beat on. You wanting a crew i assume?
