Looks like a legit 454SS but it may have been in a wreck and/or demolded at one point in its life...thats about the only way i can imagine the incorrect side trim and front bumper.

sent him email asking for pic of rear diff and what speed trans it has, should have a 14-bolt and a 3-speed (THM400)

it does, but why not mention it in the add? seems suspicious?

Just get the vin number, that will tell you since those are the only half tons with a 454 engine code....

i dont have the VIN, thats the thing! and i dont think any 454SS's came with a stepside...

the valve covers are right... Canada did have the dumbo mirrors most of the 454's around here are all dumbos... But one thing, even the grille looks like their chrome on it. So either it was wrecked, or someone liked chrome so he swapped it then realized how stupid it looked so he painted the grille/bumper.. lol
