1989 k3500 tires

Wondering what the biggest tire I can run would be. Currently have stock suspension with 16inch rims. I think I currently have 30inch tires on.
Also wondering what tire sizes I can run with a 2 inch;4inch; or 6inch lift

I had a couple 1 tons. I ran 285/75/16s on 8” rims, 33s on 8” rims same truck. One had 3” body lift n slight crank and ran 315/75/16s on 10” wheels. 285/70/17 on H2 rims, slight crank n trim of filler piece by bumper.
