Well i got the axle i think ill try my best to make a step by step thread when I'm done

Appreciate it man! I'm working 5+ days a week and this is the only commuter vehicle I have. When she goes under the knife, I want to know what I am doing and how long it should take me. I don't like surprises- especially when I only have a couple hours to work on her before she needs to be rolling again.

Having a fellow Iowan do it first is kind of convenient!

Can someone tell me what i got for leaf springs here? is it 3/4 tons and a AAL?

considering the 4" block, i would say an AAL is possible.. If I still had my K2500 I'd go look at the spring pack but you should be able to find how many leaves were i each given pack online

Yeah that looks like my 3/4 ton's springs. 6 leafs with a big, heavy bottom one

If axle came from a f44 packaged 1/2ton it could also be the stock leaf pack with an aal.

Whatever rhe block is and prob around 2-3" from the springs
